My dad once asked this to a friend of his who was a builder - "Why are you making flats outside the city? Who's going to buy them?"
His builder friend replied with - "12 lakh people live in this city. I just have to find 12 fools who would buy my flats. Is that tough?" Aptly said, he made lots of money through that deal and the area soon got populated with rapid construction in the area.
